For bean bags sold online. Free shipping only applies to unfilled bean bags. If you need us to fill your bean bags, then shipping fees will apply.

At Chillizone we provide our customers with great service even after you have purchased your bean bag online. We can offer discounted bean bags, cheap and direct to the public because we do not have shop front overheads. Thus, you the consumer can buy bean bags online, direct from us with confidence at discounted prices. Our Bean Bags are made from durable, quality fabrics that will stand the test of time. If your questions are not answered below please contact us and we will gladly give you the advice that you need.
BEAN WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Chillizone offers a 12 month warranty on all stitching and zips. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your bean bag we are happy for you to return the bean bag in it original condition at your cost and choose a replacement to the same value or have a refund for the original purchase price of the item.
Care Instructions
BEAN BAG CARE
Our Bean Bags are made from durable, quality fabrics that will stand the test of time. All of our Bean Bags comply with current Australian regulations having had the zip pulls removed. If you need to open your bean bag place a safety pin or paper clip through the zip hole and pull the zip open. Repeat this process to close the zip. Always keep your bean bag away from naked flame and high temperature.
If your bean bag is starting to feel a little flat add some more beans and it will be like new again. Polystyrene Beans are available from Chillizone for $15.00 per 100 litre capacity or most major department stores like Big W, Target & K-Mart Australia Wide.
WASHING YOUR BEAN BAG
If you need to wash your bean bag open the zip and either remove your Chillizone beanbag liner or pour the beans into the bath tub, large box or bag.
Follow the following washing instructions relating to the fabric of your bean bag;

Event Furniture Hire
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes. Our minimum order is a total of $330.00 INC GST.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
No. We do not require a deposit but the invoice total must be paid in full prior to delivery.
CAN THE ITEMS GO OUTSIDE?
Our items are able to go outside but cannot be left in the rain or on wet surfaces.
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED WHEN CANCELLING MY ORDER?
We require 48 hours’ notice when cancelling an order or a fee of 50% of the invoice total will be charged.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Customer collection is available in Melbourne only and requires prior arrangement.
DO THE BEAN BAGS ARRIVE FILLED?
Yes, we deliver the bean bags already filled.
WHY IS THERE AN OUTSIDE HOURS FEE?
When delivery or pick-up falls outside our standard hours, we need to pay our driver’s higher rates. If your hire furniture can be left safely overnight, and we can schedule to pick it up the next working day, we’re happy to do that and avoid the fee. But that’s not always possible.
